采用商业化有限元软件的梁单元确定波纹管动力特性

摘要 本文提出了通过控制Ⅰ-DEAS Master Searious6有限元软件某些梁单元参数确定波纹管的动力特性的方法.当软件中这些参数被用户设置后,这种方法可以适用于任何一个软件.与壳单元模型相比,这种模型的大小至少可以减少100倍.就整体设计参数而言,当仅仅波纹管是系统中需要优化的部分时,这一点特别有利.用这种方法不能计算波纹管内的应力,但如果需要的话,动力计算的结果可以作为应力计算的已知参数.与现有的"半分析"方法相比,这种方法能同时考虑到轴向,弯曲和扭转载荷,采用梁或壳单元模型,计算波纹管与系统其他部分之间的相互作用.这种方法已经过其他研究人员实验结果检验有效.
