198例HBsAg阳性血清中HBeAg前S1及ALT检测结果分析

Analysis on HBeAg,Pre St and ALT in 198 cases of HBsAg positive sera

对住院及初次门诊的患者共2220例进行前 S_1抗原的检测,并与其他乙型肝炎标志物的检测结果进行比较,在2220例中 HBsAg 阳性198例,其中前 S_1阳性75例;HBeAg 阳性35例,其中前 S_1阳性33例,阳性率达94.3%;前 S_1和 HBeAg 均为阳性的33例中,有20例伴 ALT 增高。表明前 S_1与 HBeAg 密切相关,而后者与肝功能的损害有关。

198 cases of HBsAg positive sera were found in 2 220 in-patients and out-patients of Shanghai Chest Hospital.There were 75 cases of Pre S_l positive and 35 cases of HBeAg positive in these 198 patients.It has observed that there were 33 cases of Pre S_l positive(with 20 cases of ALT in- crease)in the 35 cases of HBsAg positive sera(positive rate 94.3%).It suggested that there be a close relationship between Pre S_l and HBeAg which indicated the damage of liver function.
