摘要
文章分析了高校权力监督和制约的现状,从以权制权、以法制权、以监制权、以教制权四个方面,提出了创建权力制约机制的思路和办法,为加强高校对权力的制约和监督提供参考。
The essay analyzes the situation of power supervision and restriction in universities. From perspectives of restricting power by law, by power, by supervision and by education, the paper presents thoughts and methods of initiating mechanism for power restriction, which is referenced by university authority to strengthen its power supervision and restriction.
