摘要
文章针对图书馆工作人员不同的心理需求。从目标、方法、理念等方面实施激励,以调动工作人员的积极性,搞好图书馆管理,提高工作效率。
According to the different emotional needs of librarians, this article deals with how to apply the stimulation to the object approach, idea, So that toimprone the enthusiasm of different persons and the management ofLibrary as well in addition, all of these above will greatly further the efficienoy of work.
