摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,城乡结合部环境污染和资源破坏问题日益突出。必须加强城乡结合部环境保护的立法,切实做好城乡结合部的环境规划工作,实现城市与农村、环境保护与社会经济的协调发展。
With the accereration of urbanization, the problems relevant to resource destruction and environmental pollution have become more and more serious.To coordinate the development between environmental protection, society and economy ,it is vital to strengthen the corresponding legislation for environmental protection in the joints of vital urban and rural areas.
