摘要
目前,不少企业实施了CRM系统,有成功亦有失败。本文在分析国内外企业成功与失败原因的基础上,对企业如何正确看待客户关系管理和信息化问题进行研究,以期实现企业在CRM系统理论和实践上的突破。
Nowadays,many firms use CRM system,with successes or failures.This article,based on the comparison and analysis the successful and unsuccessful firms both home and abroad,tries to explain how firms should underst and CRM system and Systematic Information Management in order to improve CRM system application theoretically and practically.
