摘要
以大岩桐的叶片为外植体进行组织培养。结果表明:叶片可诱导形成愈伤组织。经实验筛选出各培养阶段最适宜的培养基:(1)诱导、继代培养基为Ms+BA2mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1;(2)生根培养基为1/2Ms+IBA0.2mg·L-1+AC1g·L-1。
The tube propagation of gloxinia was studied by using the leaves as the explants. The results indicated that the leaves could induce callus. The most appropriate media in culture stages are: (1) Ms+BA 2 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 0.2 mg·L^(-1) for the formation of callus and producing auxiliary buds; (2) 1/2Ms+IBA 0.2 mg·L^(-1)+AC 1 g·L^(-1) for rooting.
