LaNi_5D_x(x=0,0.3,6.7)微观结构中子衍射研究

摘要 在室温下分别测量了LaNi5、LaNi5D0.3和LaNi5D6.7的中子衍射谱,采用Rietveld峰形精修方法对实验数据进行拟合,得到它们的晶体结构及氘原子在晶胞中的位置。 The micro-structures of LaNi_(5) and LaNi_(5)D_(x)(x=0.3,6.7)were studied by neutron power diffraction at room temperature. The data were fitted by means of (Rietveld) profile refinement. The crystal structure and D atom occupancy were obtained.
