制约安徽工业竞争力的因素探究

Exploration on the Factors Restricting the Competitiveness of the Industries in Anhui Province

笔者根据有关统计年鉴数据,建立评价工业竞争力的评价模型,计算出了安徽工业竞争力在全国居中游水平。同时,对影响安徽工业竞争力的关键因素进行了分析,认为制约安徽工业竞争力的因素有:工业总量过小,产业聚集度和行业集中度低;工业结构不合理,传统产业比重过大,初级产品多,产业链条短;专业化分工程度低,产业关联度不高;国有经济比重过大,其它经济成份低,工业经济缺乏活力;工业投入不足,科技创新也不足;企业生存的发展环境不容乐观等方面。

Based on the indexes from relevant statistical yearbook, the author establishes an evaluation model for industrial competitiveness, thus to conclude that the competitiveness of Anhui industries ranks at china's medium level. He also analyzes the key factors affecting the competitiveness of Anhui industries and finds that the restrictions are as follows: the extremely small number of industries as well as the low degree of industrial aggregation and concentration; unreasonable industrial structure, unduly high proportion of traditional industries, too many primary products and short industrial chain; the low degree of specialized division of labor and industrial interconnection; the excessively high proportion of state-owned economy with relatively low proportion of other sectors of the economy and the lack of vitality in industrial economy; the insufficient input in industry and innovation in science and technology and the present living condition of enterprises which is not optimistic for their development.
