摘要
随着市场竞争的加剧,企业人力资源管理研究越来越重要。笔者根据有关理论学习和实践中调查的资料, 对我国企业人力资源管理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
As market competition speeds up, it is more and more important for us to study human resource management in enterprises. Here the author analyzes the existing problems in human resource management and puts forward the countermeasures based on theoretic knowledge and the information collected in practice.
