摘要
目前 ,教师队伍中存在着与知识经济发展不相适应的问题 ,必须更新教育观念 ,创新管理机制 ,优化师资队伍结构 ;全面提高教师创新教育的能力 ,引进优秀人才 ,加速中青年优秀教师的培养 ;建立和完善绩效考核评估为核心的激励约束机制等创新教师队伍建设 ,开创人才培养质量新局面。
The matters in faculty,which are not adaptable for the development of knowledge economy,are analyzed.The paper proposes to renewthe education conception,carry out the innovation of management mechanism,optimize faculty structure,improve teachers'ability for the innovation of education in an all-round way,introduce excellent talents,speed up training of excellent young and middle-aged teachers,and establish a perfect mechanism for encouragement and control taking achievement appraisal as its center,so as to promote innovation of faculty construction and improve the quality of talents training.
