摘要
省级教育学院的后勤社会化改革要根据自身特点,从实际出发,在思想观念、管理体制、运行机制等方面入手,选择符合自身实际的运作模式,保证改革的顺利进行。
To guarantee the smooth implementation of reform, the provincial institute of education must base its socialized reform of logistic management on its own characteristics and select a working mode that fits its own situation . This reform should focus on change of ideas and concepts, reform of system of management and working mechanism.
