Study on the Application of the Driven and Protection Circuit EXB841 for IGBT

分析了EXB84 1的工作原理 ,对EXB84 1应用问题进行了探讨。结果表明 :降低过流保护阀值能够对IGBT实施可靠保护 ,能够延长IGBT的使用寿命 ;在EXB84 1的 9脚、1脚和 2脚外接稳压管和电阻后 ,可以提高足够大的反向栅压 ,提高了IGBT的可靠性。

On the basis of analyzing the principle of the EXB841 circuit, the effective measures to solve the problems in the application of the EXB841 circuit are proposed respectively.
