摘要
近年来 ,如何建立、维持核心员工对银行的高忠诚度是银行人力资源管理者面临的重要问题。本文从银行员工忠诚度下降的表现入手 ,通过核心员工对商业银行的效应分析 ,结合银行业和核心员工的特点 ,提出了商业银行培养核心员工忠诚度的对策。
During recent years, personnel supervisors of banks are confronted wit h the important issue of how to establish and maintain high loyalty in nucleus p ersonnel. Starting with signs of loyalty decline in banks’ personnel, the paper analyses the function of nucleus personnel in commercial banks, and finally put s forward suggestion for loyalty fostering in nucleus personnel of commercial ba nks, combining the respective characteristics of banks and nucleus personnel.
