摘要 昆虫防御素是在昆虫体内发现的一类阳离子抗菌肽,属内源性抗生素家族,对G+具有较强的抗菌活性,参与 昆虫的先天性和获得性免疫,具有不需要抗体、补体和吞噬细胞参与的新的抗菌机制。本文主要从昆虫防御紊的分子特征、基 因及其表达、生物学作用及其作用机理和研究进展等方面对其进行综述。 Insect defensin, a member of the family of small cationic antibiotic peptides, was found in the hemolymph of several orders. They contribute to natural and acquired immune against Gram-negative microorganisms, and they work with a novel mechanism without the help of antibody, complement system, and phagocyte. The molecular characteristics, gene and expression, biological effects, and mechanisms of insect defensins are completely reviewed, and also the recent advances in insect defensins are mentioned briefly.
