结晶器/足辊区电磁搅拌的数值分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文针对安装在结晶器和足辊区的电磁搅拌器,采用有限元法模拟了方坯连铸过程中的磁感应强度的变化.结果表明,这种搅拌方式的感应电流、感应强度和电磁力的分布与其他搅拌方式有很大的不同,说明结晶器的铜板对磁场的传播有重要影响,特别是铜板的厚度和铜板在搅拌区的位置对磁场的传播影响强烈.这种现象是磁场在多层导体介质中传播的重要特征.
