双氢克尿噻治疗高血压疗效观察

Effects of Hydrochlorothiazide on Patients with primary hypertension

目的 :评价双氢克尿噻长期应用的降压疗效及对代谢的影响。方法 :对 5 0例高血压病患者采用口服双氢克尿噻每天 2 5mg～ 5 0mg ,2次口服治疗并观察随访 12周。对用药前后血压下降变化及血钾 ,肌酐、血糖、血脂、血尿酸等生化项目进行对比分析。结果 :显效 2 5例 ,有效 10例 ,总有效率为 70 %。用药期间仅发现低血钾 3例 ,经补钾后纠正 ,无血糖、肌酐、血脂及血尿酸等代谢异常。结论 :双氢克尿噻临床降压疗效肯定 ,血压波动小 ,且无明显副作用 。

Objective: To evaluate the effects of hydrochlorothiazide on patients with mild and moderate hypertension and its effects on metabolism. Method: Fifty patients with hypertension received hydrochlorothiazide 25mg～50mg daily for twelve weeks. The changes of blood pressure and the levels of blood potassium, creatinine, lipids and uric acid were observed. Result: 25 patients showed significant blood lowering effects, total efficiency rate was 70%. No significant side effects were found. Conclusion: Hydrochlorothiazide is especially useful for patients with mild and moderate hypertension in lowering blood pressure, the variations of blood pressure is little, and it has little side effects.
