微柱凝集试剂敏感性评价

The sensitivity evaluation of microcylinder agglutinative reagent

目的 :通过观察微柱凝集试剂和传统抗人球试剂在不完全抗体滴度测定的结果 ,比较两种方法敏感性的差异。方法 :采用微柱凝集抗人球方法和传统抗人球蛋白试验检测 12 0例孕妇血清IgG抗体效价 ,并对两种方法的结果进行方法学评价。结果 :两种方法抗体效价结果一致 ,微柱凝集试剂结果更易观察。结论 :微柱凝集试剂敏感度和稳定性均较好 ,操作简单 ,结果客观 。

Objective:Through observation of the results of microcylinder agglutinative reagent and traditional antihuman globulin reagent in incomplete antibody titer test ,compare the sensitivity difference of two methods.Method:The serum IgG valence of antibody in 120 pregnant women were test by microcylinder agglutinative and traditional antihuman globulin test respectively ,the results were evaluated .Result:The valence of antibody showing no difference between two methods,but the results were easier observed in microcylinder agglutinative reagent them in traditional one.Conclusion:The sensitivity and stability of microcylinder agglutinative reagent were better easy operation,and the results were objective,it can use in valence of antibody test.
