摘要
目的 :探讨我院配制的多维合剂 (MixtureHepatitis)的贮存条件及焦亚硫酸钠其稳定性的影响。方法 :将多维合剂 (加焦亚硫酸钠与没加焦亚硫酸钠作对比 )分别置室温和冷藏 (2 8℃ )条件下贮藏 ,连续观察 6个月 ,每个月进行一次维生素C的含量测定 ,并观察溶液的性状变化。结果 :多维合剂在冷处条件下保存比在室温 (2 0~ 2 5℃ )下稳定 ,另加入焦亚硫酸钠的多维合剂较不加入的稳定。结论
Objective: To study on the storage conditions of Mixture Hepatitis made in my hospital and to inspect the impact of Sodium Pyrosulfite on stability of Mixture Hepatitis. Methods: The Mixture Hepatitis, added Sodium Pyrosulfite or not, were store in room temperature and 2~8℃ respectively for six months. The content of Vitamin C was determined every month, and the change of its character was observed. Results: It is more stable in cold storage than in room temperature (20~25℃) for the storage of Mixture Hepatitis. And the stability of Mixture Hepatitis was increased while Sodium Pyrosulfite was added. Conclusion: The study can supply some new reference to the storage conditions and stability of Mixture Hepatitis.
