摘要
该文报道对鲜奇可力有效成分提取工艺进行优化实验。采用L9(34)正交实验分析法,得出最 佳工艺条件为:蒸汽加热温度125℃、加热60 min和提取时间50 min,为鲜奇可力加工提供一条极其 经济简捷途径。
The optimization of extracting technique of fresh Chicory's utility Component has been done. By the method of experimental analysis of three values in every factor for four factors, the results showed that the optimum conditions: vapor centigraed 125℃, warm-up time 60min, and extracting time 50 min. This kind of skill provided an economic short-cut way for producing fresh Chicory products.
