Sucrose-metabolizing Enzymes in Sugar Beet

摘要 综述了近年来国内外有关甜菜转化酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)和蔗糖合成酶(SS)在蔗糖代谢与积累过程中的作用。并根据3种酶的研究进展,对今后的研究方向提出建议。 The studies on sucrose-metabolizing enzymes, invertase, sucrose phosphate synthase and sucrose synthase in sugar beet in both domestic and oversea were summarized. According to the development of three kinds of sucrose-metabolizing enzyme in sugar beet, the research field in the future were suggested.
