现代机器的柔性化与分类研究

摘要 机电一体化、运动可控性、智能化是现代机器的重要特征,建立在机械运动系统的柔性化和可控化基础之上.分析机器功能的柔性化途径,提出可以在控制、驱动、机构等不同环节以相应方式为现代机器引入运动可控性.基于运动柔性程度,将现代机器划分为刚性机器、全柔性机器和适度柔性机器三大类型.认为适度柔性机器是应用前景广泛的一类新型机器,包括结构可调机器、伺服输入机器、混合输入机器三种型式.给出其应用实例.
