摘要
基于智能化处理器技术研制的裂纹深度自动测量系统 ,可与不同疲劳试验机配套 ,实现疲劳断裂试验中裂纹扩展深度的自动跟踪监测、试验数据分析及曲线生成 ,裂纹扩展速率 (da dN)试验的自动化 ;通用于三点弯曲和CT(com pacttension)试样。使用方便 ,测量数值精确可靠。
A new fatigue crack depth auto-measure device with higher precision and reliability was developed by alternating current potential drop(ACPD) technique suitable for different tester, including data processing and reports generation. The measuring system has many functions such as fatigue crack growth monitoring, experimental data processing and analyzing like curve generation, automatic fatigue crack growth rate da/dN experiment for single edge bending(SEB) and CT(compact tension) specimens. It can also be used in structural surface crack monitoring and NDT/E(nondestructive testing/evaluation) for equipments containing defects.
