摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对大丽轮枝菌不同致病性、不同营养亲和群的 11个菌系和黑白轮枝菌的 2个菌系的酯酶同工酶进行了研究。结果表明 ,采用酯酶同工酶法可区分黑白轮枝菌与大丽轮枝菌 ,也可区分棉花黄萎病菌中的落叶型与非落叶型。
The polyarcylamide gel electrophoresis was applied to study Esterase Iso-enzyme of 11 strains of verticillium.dahliae which has different pathogenicity and VCGs.Two strains of verticillium.albo-atrum was also included.The results shows that this method can differentiate verticillium.dahliae and verticillium..albo-atrum ,and defoliting and nondefoliating of verticillium.dahliae.
