摘要
本研究对具有保护和治疗双重功效的仿生性杀菌剂 2 5 %Amistar(阿米西达 )水悬浮剂在苹果病害管理体系中的应用技术和定位进行了探讨。研究结果表明 ,2 5 %AmistarSC除对嘎啦品种有药害外 ,对红富士、新红星、北斗、澳州青苹等 6个骨干品种均无任何不良影响 ,使用安全 ;同时 ,2 5 %阿米西达SC对苹果白粉病、黑星病及斑点落叶病等三种主要病害均具有显著防冶效果 ,使用浓度 2 0 0 0~ 2 5 0 0倍 ,防治效果达 80 %~ 90 % ;在广谱性和防效上显著优于目前生产上推广的常规性的苯并咪唑类、三唑类及代森类的杀菌剂品种。应用上重点应在发病前或发病初期施药 ,间隔 7~ 10天喷 1次 ,连喷 3至 4次为宜 ,同时与其它作用机制的杀菌剂如苯并咪唑类、三唑类等内吸性杀菌剂混用或交替用药。在以红富士、新红星等品种为主栽品种果区的无公害苹果生产病害管理体系中具有极高的推广价值。
The application technology of 25% Amistar SC was assessed in Integrated Fruit Protection. This fungioide has both protection and cure function to fruit tree. Research results showed that 25% Amistar SC could be used safely on Fuji,New Red Star,Beidou,Australian Green Apple,but it was harmful to Gala. Amistar had a great control effect on apple powdery mildew, apple scab and apple Alternaria leaf spot.The control effect made up from 80% to 90% when it was used with 2000 to 3000 dilutions in field. Inhibitive spectrum and control effect of 25% Amistar SC to fungi of major diseases were better than that of common fungicides like benzimidazole,triadimefon and mancozeb.It could be sprayed every 7~10 days once and used continuously for 3~4 times.It also could be mixed with benzimidazole or triadimefon in practice. It was a good fungicide in Integrated Fruit Production.
