新型LiNbO3电光调制器

摘要 LiNbO3电光调制器是用于高速光通信系统最有希望的器件,已成为国内外研发的热门器件.目前已开发了多种类型的LiNbO3电光调制器,本文介绍了几种新型LiNbO3电光调制器.
