光纤技术的革命--多孔光纤 被引量:1

摘要 由于通信技术的飞速发展,一种新的光纤-多孔光纤(Holey Fiber)越来越受到人们的关注.多孔光纤是带有空孔的光纤,它沿光纤长度方向存在几个或几十个延伸的空孔.由于引入空孔可以得到在石英玻璃中掺杂所无法实现的大折射率差,所以可以获得常规光纤所没有的各种新的特性.本文介绍了两类多孔光纤:光子晶体光纤和光子带隙光纤各自的性能特征,并展望了多孔光纤的应用领域.
