摘要
烷基磷酸酯钾盐乳液的稳定性极大地影响其作为阴离子表面活性剂的应用。该文应用胶体化学理论,从乳状液稳定性原理出发,对烷基磷酸酯钾盐的乳化工艺进行了研究,采取初生皂法乳化工艺,乳化反应温度50~60℃,反应时间10~20min,控制反应产物的pH=10±1,可得到含有溶致液晶的、类似双连续型的稳定的烷基磷酸酯钾盐乳液。
Emulsions of potassium alkyl phosphate are used as anionic surfactants.As they are thermodynamically instable systems,their applications are usually limited.Using the 'new soap' method,the emulsification technique of potassium alkyl phosphate was studied.Thus,at 50~60 ℃,reacting for 10~20 min and controlling pH of the product at 10±1,stable emulsions of potassium alkyl phosphate containing liquid crystal and in a state similar to bicontinous phase are prepared.
