摘要 对大孔吸附树脂提取分离牛膝总甾酮的吸附和洗脱性能进行了研究。结果表明,D型大孔吸附树脂对牛膝总甾酮的吸附量为28 9mg/g;在pH=2~10,吸附流速<1 2BV(BV:树脂柱床体积)/min,用φ(C2H5OH)=85%的乙醇2BV,牛膝总甾酮就可以被完全洗脱;经D型大孔吸附树脂提取分离后,提取物中总甾酮质量分数可达到60%,蜕皮甾酮质量分数可达到10%以上,说明大孔吸附树脂提取分离牛膝总甾酮的方法可行。 The adsorbing and eluting characteristics of macroreticular resin for total phytosterone from Achyranthes bidentata were systematically studied.Results showed that the dynamic adsorbing capacity of D type macroreticular resin for total phytosterone was 28.9 mg/g.When pH=2~10,velocity of flow through the resin column <1.2 BV/min,total phytosterone from Achyranthes bidentata could be washed out with 2 BV φ(C_2H_5OH)=85% alcohol.After being separated,the content of total phytosterone in sample reached 60% and that of ecdysterone was more than 10%.So macroreticular resin is feasible to be used to extract total phytosterone from Achyranthes bidentata.
