摘要
从耐热性、耐溶剂性、抗冲击性、阻燃性和加工流动性等方面概述了聚醚酰亚胺的性能改进进展。将不同结构的二酐混合后与二胺进行共缩聚反应,不仅可以提高聚醚酰亚胺的热稳定性,还可以改善其耐溶剂性;在聚醚酰亚胺中加入冲击改进剂或与耐冲击性较好的聚合物共混,可增强聚醚酰亚胺的抗冲击性能;为了进一步提高聚醚酰亚胺的阻燃防火性能,可以在聚醚酰亚胺树脂中添加氧化钼、氧化硅、氧化钛等氧化物,也可以将聚醚酰亚胺与三聚氰胺混合;在聚醚酰亚胺中加入少量的聚有机硅氧烷可以有效地改善聚醚酰亚胺的加工流动性。改性后的聚醚酰亚胺性能更加完善,用途更加广泛。
Polyetherimides(PEIs)are a known class of polymers used as industrial resins.The improvement of PEIs in heat and solvent resistance,impact resistance,flame retardance and flow processing characteristic was reviewed.PEIs which are so prepared by intercondensation of aryl diamine and dianhydride mixture have improved the thermal stability and solvent resis- lance of themselves.Mixing PEIs with impact modifier or the polymers with excellent impact property has dramatic increases in impact resistance of PEIs without sacrificing the other properties.In order to achieve increases in flame retardance,oxide of molybdelium,silica titanium dioxide or melamine can be added into the PEIs.Polyorgane siloxanes can improve the flow charac- teristics of PEIs.Modified PEIs have higher performance and more applications.
