摘要
考察了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)与聚酯型热塑性弹性体 Hytrel 6356的共混物的熔融和结晶行为。研究显示,Hytrel 软段的存在增加了异相成核作用,共混物成核速率和结晶速率提高,但 Hytrel 软段的干扰导致了共混物中 PBT 的结晶规整度下降;PBT 可提高 Hytrel 硬段的结晶速率,导致共混物总的结晶范围变宽。共混后晶体尺寸分布变宽。
The melting and crystallizing behavior of blends of poly(butylene terephthalate)and hytrel 6356(a thermo- plastic elastomer)was studied.The soft segments of Hytrel increases the rate of nucleation and crystallization of the blends. However,the effect of the soft segments of Hytrel results in a decrease in the crystalline regularity of PBT.PBT increases the crystallizing rate of the rigid segments of Hytrel,and achieves widening of the crystallization range.In addition,the distribution of the crystal size becomes wider after compounding of PBT and Hytrel.
