摘要
研究了酸度、反应温度、加料方式、搅拌器的转速对 A(D)C发泡剂粒径的影响,最佳工艺条件为:催化剂 m(NaBr):m(V_2O_5)=1:1的质量约为反应物质量的1%~2%,反应体系的 pH 值3~4,反应温度控制在50℃左右,氯酸钠溶液(质量分数20%)采用通管滴加的方法加入,整个反应时间约为25 min,搅拌器的转速一般控制在350~360 r/min。还发现在反应体系中加入适量的表面活性剂能够减小产品粒径,但产品晶型会受到破坏。
The effects of acidity,reaction temperature,feeding mode,and rotational speed of the stirrer on the particle size of A(D)C blowing agent were studied.The optimal conditions were obtained as follows:the catalyst composed with m(NaBr):m (V_2O_5)=1:1 equal to 1%-2% ratio of the reagent's mass,reagent reacts at 50℃ under pH=3-4 for 25 min with 350- 360 r/min of the stirrer speed,and the NaClO_3 solution must be added from burette.It was also found that adding a certain amount of surfactant into the system can reduce the particle size of product,but make worse crystallization.
