摘要
本文采用海藻酸钙包埋法,进行固定化α-转移葡萄糖苷酶最佳条件研究,并探讨了固定化α-转移葡萄糖苷酶的酶学性质。固定化酶的最适pH值为4.0,最适作用温度为60℃,固定化酶的酶活较高。
The optimum technology of immobilizedα-transglucosidase with calcium alginate and some properties of the immobilized enzyme were studied. The optimum pH of the immobilized enzyme was 4.0,and its optimum reaction temperature was 60℃,and there was high activity of immobilized enzyme.
