摘要
本文研究了壳聚糖分别与土豆淀粉、木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉按不同比例复合成膜并研究复合膜的特性,包括透明度、抗张强度、延伸率、水溶性、透湿系数等。结果表明,壳聚糖—玉米淀粉复合膜的透明度较差;随着复合膜中壳聚糖量的增加,膜的抗张强度增强,同时淀粉的种类对膜的抗张强度和延伸率的影响不大;复合膜的透湿系数随壳聚糖含量增加的而增大;随着淀粉含量的增大,复合膜的水溶解度增大。
This paper is mainly concerned about the properties of chitosan—murphy starch、chitosan—cassava starch、chitosan—maize starch edible films with different proportion,including transparence、tensile strength、elongation、water-solubility、water vapor permeability。The results showed that the transparence of the chitosan—maize starch edible film was lower; the value of tensile strength increased with the chitosan proportion increased; the WVP increased when the proportion of chitosan increased; water-solubility increased with the starch proportion increased.
