8605特种食用面包酵母菌的研究——回复食用古老食物,促进人体全面健康

摘要 人类的祖先是树上居住的古猿,主要食用嫩枝叶和花朵果实,这些食物营养丰富易咀嚼消化。但是由于自然灾害、森林消亡,古猿不得不到地面生活。草原食物营养差而且难以咀嚼。在进化过程中。哺乳动物逐渐与微生物形成紧密的“食物链”关系,由于微生物的帮助古猿得以生存。由于现代环境的污染,在绝大多数地区,这种特殊微生物逐渐退化与绝灭,因此而导致营养障碍、免疫力下降、智力发育不健全、体力不够强健,甚至出现心脑血管病和癌症等严重疾病。如果将这种特殊微生物分离出来制成食物或药物,引入人体,相对恢复比较完整的“食物链”的运行,便能有助于智力的发育和身体的健壮,我们在国家有关部门支持下,分离到特种酵母8605,并初步加工了一系列8605食品和制剂,经过十几年动物、人体实验和较大规模的群众性实践观察,取得了如下的结果:1、大脑功能有所提高,体力有所增强。例如:参加实验的六个班小学生,智商提高了七个百分点,语文、数学成绩有所提高。受试小鼠的学习和记忆功能增加,负重及不负重游泳耐力增加。2、增强免疫功能和抗病能力。食用特种酵母8605加工的食品后儿童血清抗LPS和SLO特异抗体增加,这两种抗体大约对70%左右的北京常见儿童传染病有免疫作用。食用8605食品提高了儿童T淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率。3、改善缺铁性贫血、增加血清铁蛋白、提高红细胞计数,降低红细胞游离原卟啉含量。4、初步实验证明食用8605食品可以增强人DNA复制能力,增强人细胞株抗癌能力,增加高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,对预防动脉粥样硬化和心脑血管病应有良好的作用。我们特种酵母8605加工米面、食制品,如:米饭、馒头、面包、面条、方便面以及多种饮料和片剂、粉剂、口服液、胶囊等,这一系列制品已有比较成熟的工艺流程,其中某些品种已经工业化生产。 The ancestors of human being were ancient apes living on tree and Feeding mainly on tender leaves flowers and fruits. The food on the grassland was pool and hard to chew. In process of evolution, the mammal and microorganisms became a relation of “food chain ’. By the help of microorganisms the apes can be existence. In turns out that due to environmental pollution, these special microorganisms have either degenerated at levels or been at the verge of extinction in densely populated areas, which has led to malnutrition, under developed immunity, under-developed intelligence and physical strength, and even to cardiovascular diseases and cancers. If we separated these microorganisms, and inducing to the human body once more in certain way such as food. It would probably restore the “Food chain”. It would be improve man’s intelligence and physical strength. For document this assume, we have separated special yeast “8605” and have produced a special “8605 Foods”. In the past ten-odd years, at least more than 100,000 people took the microorganism product with a quite satisfying effect. 1 The brain function and physical strength have in six improved. The intelligence quotient of primary students in six classes who took parting the experiment has improved by 7 percent and their Chinese and mathernatics grades have improved too. The mice after taking the microorganisms products, the memory and learning ability have been strengthened. 2 The immune function has enhanced. Two Categories of Special antibodies LPS and SLO special antibodies have strengthened. This antibodies Constitute about 70 percent of the antibodies used to treat Children’s infectious diseases in Beijing area. 3 The “8605 foods ” are helpful in treating Iron-deficiency anemia, Can improve the number of serum ferritin and red blood cell, and decrease the number of free porphyrin in the rde blood cells. 4 Primary experiments show that the 8605 food can enhance DNA reproducing ability and can strengthen the anti-cancer ability improve the high-density albumen cholesterin that means the cholesterin on the walls of the artery can be taken to discharged out of the body. There for the “8605 Foods” is an effective prevetive drug for atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. The “8605 Foods” such as streamed breads、noodles、capsules which have been serial product. The applied technology of the microorganisms has been listed by the state science and Technology commission as a “project of guidance for the undertaking of science and technology”. The result of research has been examined jointly by the state science and technology commission and the Ministry of Domestic Trade, and won relatively high appraisal as the first of it kind at home and abroad. The Ministry of Science and Technology has put it on the list of key scientific achievements to be effectively promoted in the Ninth Five-year plan and issued a certificate to certify that it is a scientific and technological advance ment at state level.
