摘要
按国家食品卫生检测标准分析了库车三种桑椹的营养成分,结果表明这三种桑椹都含有丰富的总黄酮、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸和人体必需的微量元素,有很好的开发利用价值。三种桑椹中总黄酮、维生素C,硫胺素和尼克酸含量均以药桑椹最高,黑桑椹次之,白桑椹较低。
According to examination standard of national food hygiening to analyze the nourishment composition in three kinds of mulberry of Kuche in Xinjiang . The results showed that these mulberries contain rich total flavonoid, vitamine B1, vitamin B2 , vitamin pp and necessary trace elements. These mulberries have high developing and utilizing value.
