转基因植物的商业化及转基因食品安全性探讨

摘要 本文综述了基因工程技术的研究现状及商品化程度,并概述了其在食品工业中的应用和发展前景,及由此引发的食品安全性问题及评判原则。 The paper reviews the present status and developmental trend of transgenic technology and the extent of commercial. The application and development of transgenic technology and the safety of the foreign genes in transgenic food plants have been briefly discussed in this paper.
