毒鼠强中毒心电图QT离散度改变的临床研究

Clinical study of QT dispersion in Tetramine Poisoning

目的研究不同程度毒鼠强中毒的QT离散度(QTd)的变化。方法分别测量28例中一重度毒鼠强中毒的QTd及27例轻度患者的QTd。观察两组病人的心肌酶、室性,心律紊乱、心室纤颇、死亡率与QTd的关系。结果中重度患者的QTd比轻度中毒患者QTd长,有明显差异(P<0.05),且两组间的心肌酶、室生心律紊乱、心室纤颤,死亡率随QTd的增加而明显增高(P<0.05)。结论毒鼠强中毒时测量QTd能估计患者预后,中毒越重,QTd增加越明显。

Objective To study the changes of QT dispersion in tetramine poi soning.Methods To measure tile changes of QT dispersion in different patients with tetramine Poisoning.To observe the relation between cardiac enzyme,arrhythmia,death rate and QT dispersion changes in two groups.Results There were significant difference in QT dispersion el-ages (p<0.05).Cardiac enzyme,arrhythmia and death rate increased with QT dispersion increasing.Conclusion More severe tetramine poisoning,more increasing of QTd.To measure the changes of QTd could assess the prognosis of Tetramine poisoning.
