经济型兵力需求优化决策模型研究

Study on the Economical Optimization Decision-making Model of the Demands of Military Strength

采用具有较高效能约束的最小费效比准则,以我军便携式地空导弹掩护后方重要目标为研究背景,构建了相应的综合费用计算模型和便携式地空导弹对空中目标的毁歼概率计算模型,进而确定了经济型兵力需求优化决策数学模型,该决策模型解决了在保证被保卫目标安全的前提下,最大限度地节省军费的问题,为决策者在城市防空中进行兵力规划提供一定的参考。

This paper adopts the rule of the least cost and effectiveness ration with the restriction of higher efficiency.Under the background of rear important targets protected by the MANPADS,we set up a corresponding integrative expense calculation model and a MANPADS' kill probability calculation model,then we put forward the economical optimization decision model of the requrements of military strength.This model solve the problem to save military expenditure furthest under the premise of the security of the rear important targets,which will be a reference to decision-makers to program military strength in city air defence.
