摘要
随着我国房地产市场进入“买方市场”,4C理论的应用将成为房地产企业决胜未来市场的关键之一 .本文以“香榭里别墅”楼盘为例 ,阐述消费者需求理论、消费者成本理论。
With the real estates market in China entering “the buying market”, the applications of 4c theory will be one of keys in competition during the real estates enterprises. In the case study of “Chamsharry Villa Project”, the paper illustrates the content and applications of claim of consumer theory, cost of consumer theory, convenience to consumer theory and communication with consumer theory.
