摘要
本文讨论的是某工程基础选型设计 .通过对地质勘察资料的详细分析 ,初步设想采用予应力管桩基础、水泥搅拌桩复合地基、换填砂石地基处理三种方案 .按照建筑地基处理技术规范 JGJ79-2 0 0 2 ,J2 2 0 -2 0 0 2和建筑地基基础设计规范 B5 0 0 0 7-2 0 0 2的要求 ,结合各方案的施工工艺以及工程造价的比较 ,最后决定采用换填砂石地基处理 .本工程现已施工 ,基本达到较为满意的预期效果 .通过对基础选型进行的优化分析 ,既保证基础的强度、刚度与可靠性要求 ,又经济合理 。
In this article lectotype design for foundation of a project is discussed.Through detailed analysis on geological reconnaissance information,three schemes of foundation treatment are initially adopted:pre-stressing stake foundation,cement mixing stake composite foundation and filling sand foundation.According to requirements of Technical Specification of Constructional Foundation Treatment JGJ79-2002,J220-2002 and Design Specification of Constructional Foundation B50007-2002,comparing construction technology and construction cost,filling sand foundation treatment is adopted finally.This project has been constructed with a basic satisfactory expected effect.Optimum analysis of foundation lectotype in this article not only ensures the foundation requirements to intensity,rigidity and reliability but also is economical and rational.Hope this experience can be shared.
