摘要
21世纪是知识经济时代,人力资源是图书馆提供服务和持续发展的根本保证,针对目前国内各类图书馆中男女馆员的比例情况,本文就提倡做智慧型女馆员的必要性及做智慧型女馆员应具备的知识、技能和健康的身心素质作以简单论述。
The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy.Human resources serve as an essential guarantee for librarians to offer service and to develop continuously. Based on an analysis of the ratio between man and woman librarians in different kinds of libraries in the country, this paper discusses briefly about the necessity to be a woman librarian of wisdom.The author concludes that the general knowledge, the skills and a healthy body and mind should be taken into account in order to be a woman librarian of wisdom.
