纳米ZrO2负载金属Pd-Ni催化氯苯加氢脱卤性能的研究

摘要 采用负载法制备了一系列纳米ZrO2负载金属Ni、Pd等催化剂,通过XRD、TEM、SEM等技术对催化剂进行了表征,并以氯苯的加氢脱氯为探针反应,考察了催化剂的加氢脱氯性能.同时考察了反应温度、反应体系碱性、催化剂的镍含量等因素对催化反应性能的影响.实验表明,适当的反应条件下,在Ni质量分数为6%的Pd-Ni/ZrO2催化剂的作用下氯苯的转化率可达到90%以上.
