合成3-甲基-2-丁酮的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了合成3-甲基-2-丁酮的轻镧系-活性氧化铝催化剂及其合成工艺,进行了载体的筛选、活性组分的筛选、焙烧实验,优化了催化剂实验条件和催化剂使用条件.结果表明:轻镧系-活性氧化铝催化剂的初活性为乙酸转化率97.0%99.7%,MIPK的选择性(乙酸计)38.0%~41.3%,(异丁酸计)>66%;较优的操作条件为温度440~470℃、液体空速1.6~2.0 h-1、异丁酸/乙酸/水(原料摩尔比)=1/1.5/1.4.
