PDP用BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+荧光粉层烧结工艺的研究及优化 被引量:1

摘要 系统研究了烧结温度、保温时间以及粘结剂的种类对荧光粉热劣化程度的影响.研究结果表明,当烧结温度高于450℃时,荧光粉开始发生热劣化,且随着温度升高.劣化加剧.在550℃时,荧光粉相对亮度下降30%,色坐标下降26%.而荧光粉浆料烧结后,其亮度的下降趋势较原粉进一步加强,尤其当采用较低的烧结温度时(450℃,480℃),有机粘结剂的分解完全与否是造成荧光粉亮度下降的主要因素.而当烧结温度进一步提高后(550℃),此时烧结温度又成为导致荧光粉劣化的主导因素.此外,根据乙基纤维素的降解特性,对荧光粉浆料的烧结工艺进行了优化.结果表明,只要将浆料加热至480℃,就可以基本保证有机物的分解趋于饱和,从而可以有效降低烧结工序对荧光粉的不利影响.
