A Study on Technology of Extracting Pectin from Chaenomeles Sinensis

摘要 以木瓜为原料,通过正交实验,确定了最佳工艺条件,pH值为2,温度为90℃,料液比为1:4,时间为1h。 Chaenomeles sinensis was used as material in this experiment to extract pectin . The orthogonal experiment was employed to detennine the optimum technological condition. The result showed that the optimum technological was pH=2.0,the operating temperature was 90*, the ratio of material, raw liquid was 1:4 and the operating time was 1h .
