阵发性心房颤动患者心房不应期的离散度研究 被引量:1

摘要   目的研究表明心房颤动(简称房颤)患者心房不应期(AERP)离散度较无房颤患者显著增加,但临床获得多部位心房不应期存在一定难度.单相动作电位记录发现,房颤时心房肌被近乎连续的快速的冲动所激动,基于这一发现,房颤时的颤动间期(AFI)可用来评价AERP.但既往研究中的记录位点的数目、记录长短,所用参数均存在较大差异.本研究采用左、右两房多部位记录,分析多个AFI参数的离散度来评价阵发性房颤患者AERP的离散度.……
