舌癌的外科治疗 被引量：2

摘要 　　舌癌在口腔癌的构成比中,一直名列前茅,近年来的资料表明无论是国内或国外,女性罹患者有明显上升的趋势,其年龄亦趋年轻化[1].按UICC的分类,发生在舌前2/3癌肿应属于口腔癌范畴,舌后1/3(为舌根部)则应属于口咽癌的范畴[1].舌癌85%以上发生于舌体,多为鳞癌(98%).舌根癌中还有一部分属于涎腺或淋巴组织来源,有时亦发生淋巴上皮癌及未分化癌.舌体癌中又以舌前2/3侧缘部分好发,占70%以上,其次还发于腹部(20%)舌背部约7%,发生于舌前1/3近舌尖部最少[2].目前舌癌的治疗仍强调以手术治疗为主的综合治疗[1].关于舌癌的外科治疗综述如下.……
