Discussion on crack welding repair of oil manifold of 16V240ZJB diesel engine's body

分析了 16V2 4 0ZJB型柴油机机体机油支管裂纹和用原方法焊修后造成自由端垂直板裂纹的原因 ,以及原焊修方法存在的不足之处 ,并就机体机油支管裂纹提出了新的改进焊修方法。

The reasons of the crack of oil manifold in 16V240ZJB diesel engines body and the crack of vertical board of free-end by using traditional welding repair method are analysed in this paper.The shortcomings of the traditional welding repair method are pointed out,and the improving method is proposed.
