摘要
对桂花(Osmanthus fragrans Lour.)的染色体组型进行了研究。结果表明,桂花的体细胞染色体数目为2n=46,染色体基数为x=23;核型公式为2n=2x=46=30m+6sm+8st+2t;染色体相对长度系数组成(I.R.L.)为6L+12M2+24M1+4S。桂花核型类型属于Stebbins核型分类中的“2B”型,核型不对称系数(As.k)为64.09%。
The karyotype of Osmanthus fragrans Lour, was investigated by a normal technique. The result shows that the nummber of the somatic chromosome is 2 n=46,the basic nummber of chromosome 23. The index of relative length is 6 L+12M2+24 M1+4 S,and the karyotype formula is summarized as 2 n=2x=46=30m+6sm+8st+2t. The karyotype belongs to 2B type of Stebbins' karyotypic symmetry. The index of karyotpe asynnetry (As. k) is 64.09%.
